TOS
The TOS (Terminal Operating System) of BMT Spa is a comprehensive solution dedicated to the planning, operation, and supervision of resources at the Bejaia Port container terminal. It enables the creation of optimized plans for the use of resources such as handling cranes, port trailers, handling equipment, and human resources.
This system integrates real-time command and control features, ensuring optimal management of terminal operations. With high precision, the TOS can generate instructions for several thousand container movements per day, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
Port Community System
The TOS includes an e-commerce portal that provides integrated services to shipping companies, carriers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
Execution System
This consists of real-time subsystems such as Yard Operations, Wharf Operations, and Gate Operations (including inspections, X-ray, stuffing, stripping, etc.) that interact with equipment and process assigned instruction messages for corresponding operations.
Planning System
The system manages berth allocation, container yard arrangement, and container loading/unloading operations for vessels. The three subsystems (Berth, Stack, and Stow), combined with real-time data, enable planners to schedule and optimize operations based on available resources.
Monitoring and Control System
This module is designed to manage monitoring and control operations across the quay and different terminal areas, along with coordinating instructions. It ensures continuous monitoring of data and allows rapid operator intervention, guaranteeing efficient operations and removing bottlenecks.
